Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinating and managing project development and permitting process in offshore wind projects
• Developing a project plan including key milestones, timelines, budget and resource requirements and coordinate with stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with relevant environmental regulations and obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Identifying and assessing potential risks, developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
• Stakeholder interaction – both external and internal

We are looking for:

• A couple of years of earlier experience in project management, renewable energy projects or Environmental Impact Assessment projects
• Knowledge and experience with offshore wind farms technology, design, and construction
• Knowledge and experience with regulations, permits, and EIA process in Finland or Nordic context
• Relevant educational background (e.g. in natural science or engineering)
• Project management skills, good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify issues and provide solutions to complex problems
• Flexibility to work in a changing environment and manage changing priorities
• Fluency in Swedish, English, and Finnish
